Unless otherwise instructed, all items will be posted through Australia Post.

Accordingly, Best Friend's Dog Shop is not responsible for non-delivery of goods by Australia Post nor for any damage in transit.

If you request registered post and pay the additional charge, then Australia Post guarantees delivery. If you request insurance and pay the additional cost, then Australia Post will pay for any damage to your item/s in transit.

Best Friend's Dog Shop guarantees at all times that your items will be despatched promptly.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive an item that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion subject to you having contacted us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
