POSTAGE & HANDLING

 

Unless otherwise instructed, all items will be posted through Australia Post. Best Friend's Dog Shop is not responsible for non-delivery of goods by Australia Post nor for any damage in transit. Postage costs are calculated through Australia Post's website plus a packaging & handling fee of $2.00 is charged by us to cover envelope and packaging. Items that are Free Postage are for Australian orders only.

 

If you request registered post and pay the additional charge, then Australia Post guarantees delivery. If you request insurance and pay the additional cost, then Australia Post will pay for any damage to your item/s in transit.

 

We will ship worldwide, if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.  For overseas purchases, we recommend express post merchandise for tracking purposes. Any items that are sent Airmail only do not have any tracking available. We are not responsible for any Airmail parcels that are not delivered.

 

Best Friend's Dog Shop guarantees at all times that your items will be despatched promptly and in perfect condition. 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

If you receive an item that you believe is not what was expected we will gladly replace the item or refund your money (our discretion) subject to you having contacted us within 24 hours of receiving the item. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our address in its original undamaged condition.
